PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
- Free shipping on orders over the qualifying threshold — see the announcement bar at the top of the site for the current amount.
- Flat-rate shipping is applied to orders below the free-shipping threshold. The rate is calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We ship to most countries worldwide.
- Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. These charges vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority.
- We are not responsible for packages held or rejected at customs.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 4 business days of placing your order, email us at orders@selarionstudios.com with your order number.
RETURNS
We accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- In original condition with all tags attached.
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Final-sale and limited-edition items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
EXCHANGES
We do not hold inventory for direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get the item before it sells out.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email orders@selarionstudios.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method and keep your tracking number.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed (see below).
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at orders@selarionstudios.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
